The `tuned` role sets the host's [TuneD](https://tuned-project.org/) performance
profile.

Variables
---------

This role **accepts** the following variables:

`tuned_profile` | `balanced | TuneD profile name


Usage
-----

Example playbook:

- name: set tuned profile
  hosts: proxmox_instanced
